There are 2 new features in this release. You can now link Headcodes to Incidents and Defects and you can view any affected services on the Departure Board.
New Features
Associate affected Headcodes to incidents and defects
- Quickly link an affected service when raising Incidents and Defects on the web and mobile by selecting from a list of recent Headcodes.
View affected services on the Departure Board
- The departure board with the new Incidents / Defects column. Click the warning triangle icon there to quickly view a high-level summary of the incidents or defects.
