v3.7.0 Release Highlights
We’ve streamlined the process for attaching evidence to criteria during and after assessments.
Now you can upload a collection of evidence in EDS – such as photos, forms and documents – that relate to a unit or element (which have multiple criteria), and link everything in the same action, saving time in the process!
In addition, you can also upload a single piece of evidence and link this to multiple criteria statements.
New Features
Upload a piece of evidence to multiple Criteria (if you have this feature enabled)
- The evidence is attached to all selected Criteria statements.

Filter Assessment reports by Assessment Type
- In the reporting section, you can now filter reports by Assessment Type
More file types can now be uploaded as evidence
- The following file types can now be uploaded; .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .doc, .pdf, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .xps, .mp4, .wmv, .m4v, .mov
Bug Fixes
- We have fixed an issue where a certain type of Support Plan was generating without a Start Date meaning users were unable to close it at a later stage.
- We have fixed an issue where some users were unable to view completed criteria on an assessment.
- We have fixed an issue where the medical expiry date did not update and the medical status expired based on the pre-employment assessment and not the periodic assessment.
v3.7.1 Release Highlights
This release resolves a regression issue following the previous release that was affecting some users.
Bug Fixes
- Fixes an issue involving some users being unable to view a certain page on the web. Only some users were affected by this.
