You can view all the tickets raised by your or your organization by following these steps:
- Go to https://support.3squared.com
- Click on your name and select “My Activities” in the top right
You will be taken to a page that shows you the status of each ticket – My Requests.
Here you can also view the tickets you have been copied into along with all tickets raised by your organisation if you have been given permission to see these.
Click on the Organisation Requests Tab to see all open tickets for your Company
