v2.19.0 Release Highlights
This release includes:
- The new Criteria Groups feature
- Updates to the usability of the Assessment flow
What's New?
Criteria Groups
Once a Criteria Group has been created and published on the web, it will be available for use during assessments on your iPad. Criteria Groups allow your assessors to quickly select a group of Criteria which your company deems to be relevant to particular situations. This could be a group of Criteria which should be assessed in the event of an incident during the assessment, or simply to standardise the Criteria which should be rated at particular points of the Competency Cycle. However you decide to use Criteria Groups, this should allow your assessors to spend more time focused on the person they are assessing, rather than searching for relevant Criteria.
On opening the Criteria Selection page, you will notice the new banner at the bottom of the page to add a criteria group to the assessment.
The modal displays a list of all Criteria Groups which include Criteria which are relevant to the assessment you are performing, and are in a published state.
From here, you can open the group to see more details and add it to your assessment, or, if you know which groups you'd like to add, then you can select multiple groups to be added to your assessment at once.
Assessment Pages User Interface
We have also updated the user interface of the Assessment Flow. Here's some of the things we've done:
- Tidied up and standardised the layout.
- Improved the filter capabilities.
- Colour coded proficiency ratings so that they stand out.
- Moved the 'Edit Feedback' button to the bottom banner of the Rate Criteria page so that it's easier to get to.
- Added a 'Resume' button to all assessment pages so that it's easier to get back to rating Criteria.
