What's New?
Dashboard & Employee Search
We've had several users say the same thing about the iOS Dashboard - "I want to be able to see all my assessment statistics at once". Your feedback matters to us, so we've now updated the Dashboard to display all assessment statistics on one page.
To make space for the Dashboard statistics, we've moved the Team members into their own section, accessed via the control buttons at the top of the Dashboard.
The Dashboard Statistics, My Team(s), Assessments Due, and Support Plan Interactions Due pages can all be filtered by:
- Department
- Location
- Team
- Company Role
Also, whilst navigating between these pages, any filters applied will continue to persist, so you will continue to see information relating to the same employees until you change your filter settings.
Another feature which has been heavily requested is the ability to download multiple users to your device rather than being limited to just one. You can now download up to 5 users via the Employee Search page. Any downloaded users will be pinned to the top of the Employee Search list so they're easy to access.
While we were at it, we gave the Employee Search a fresh new look.
So as to provide a clearer distinction between the Employee Search and the My Team(s) section of the Dashboard, we have split out the users so that:
- Your My Team(s) Dashboard page will include employees who are part of any teams you own which are synced to mobile.
- Your Employee Search page will include all other employees who are part of the departments you have access to.
Employee Profile & Assessment Summary
For more consistency throughout the app, we've updated the design of the status tiles on the Employee Profile, and the statistic tiles on the Assessment Summary page, the Assessment Performance page and the Assessment Completion page.
Also, to remove the bad connotations around Support Plans, we've updated the colours of the Support Plan status tile.
Please note that the Support Plan status colours on the iOS App are currently different to those on the web. The web will be updated in line with this in due course.
