v3.19.0 Release Highlights
This release includes some updates to the rating of criteria on the web.
What's New?
Proficiency Rating Radio Buttons
If Web Criteria Ratings are enabled for your company, you will now see that the proficiency rating drop-down has been replaced with a set of radio buttons, making it quicker and easier to input ratings during an assessment on the web.
'Exp' = Expert
'Pro' = Proficient
'Min' = Minor Improvement Required
'Maj' = Major Improvement Required
'N/A' = Not Applicable
Hovering over the radio buttons will display accessible tooltips in case of any uncertainty.
Bulk Save Criteria Ratings
We have removed the need to manually save each individual criteria during an assessment on the web. Any criteria with a selected proficiency rating will now be saved when clicking any of the following buttons within the assessment:
- The new ‘Save Ratings’ button
- The ‘Complete Assessment’ button
- The ‘Add Evidence to Multiple Criteria' button
- The ‘Add Additional Criteria' button
- The Quick Actions options:
- ‘Add or Edit Supporting Information’ button
- ‘View Attached Evidence’ button
If you have clicked one of the Criteria Rating buttons and applied a rating to a criteria by accident, you can clear the rating for that criteria by clicking the new ‘Clear Rating’ button in the Quick Actions drop-down menu.
We have also updated the status to make it clearer when evidence has been attached to criteria without a rating.
If you would like us to turn the Web Criteria Rating feature on for you then please contact Client Support or Customer Success.
