v3.17.0 Release Notes
Within this release, we have implemented several optional features related to permissions in the web app. If you would like any of these features to be enabled for your company, please contact Customer Success or Client Support.
Resume Paused Assessments
If this feature is enabled for your company, then your assessors will now be able to resume, and complete assessments started by other users. Please note that this feature is only currently available on the web.
Restrict Safety Briefs Access
Turning this feature on for your company will restrict the Safety Briefs admin page so that it can only be accessed by the Admin users within your company.
Team Management
With this feature enabled, users with a system role of Manager, Assessor, User Admin, or Verifier will now have access to the Team Management page via the ‘Admin Management’ section of the navigation bar.
Opening the Team Management page will allow these users access to all of the standard Team Management functionality, other than the ability to delete a team.
While editing a team with this final feature enabled, you will now be able to select individuals from any department in your company by clicking the ‘Show all departments’ button. This will remove the filter which currently restricts this table to only show users in the departments which you have access to, allowing you to manage users across your entire organisation if necessary.
Bug Fixes
- Bug: Dashboard statistics for Support Plans and Training & Development currently include statistics
of Temporarily Suspended Users.
Fix: Statistics updated to remove Temporarily Suspended Users from the dashboard stats.
Note: We have also implemented a feature which, when enabled for your company, will ensure
that any Support Plan Interactions or Assessments which are linked to a ‘Care & Support’
Support Plan, will be included in the dashboard statistics for Temporarily Suspended users.

Success or Client Support.
- Bug: Support Plan indicator on the Employee Profile showing as Active when the user has no active
Support Plans.
Fix: The Support Plan indicator should now update correctly.
