Evidence Library Enhancements
We’ve made several enhancements to the Evidence Library feature if you use this function.
The details of these changes are listed below.
Please note, this feature may not be enabled for your company. If you would like this feature, please contact Customer Success or Customer Support.
Archive Evidence
The Evidence Library now includes the ability for users with permissions of Manager or higher to mark a piece of evidence as ‘Archived’ when they believe it to be insufficient or inconclusive. Archived evidence will still be available within the Evidence Library, but it will no longer be available within assessments. There is also an option to restore evidence from archive if necessary.
Both the ‘archive’ and the ‘restore from archive’ options can be accessed by swiping left on the evidence card.
Upload Multiple Evidence
There are times when multiple files will be required to evidence a user’s competency of criteria.
In order to make it easier for users to upload and manage this evidence, we have included the Evidence Group feature.
This enables employees, managers, assessors and above, to upload multiple evidence files at once, either opting to create a new group, or add the files to an existing group.
When creating a new Evidence Group, you can select the criteria you believe are relevant to the group, give a description, and even include some feedback of what you believe you could have done differently.
When adding files to an existing Evidence Group, the files will inherit the details of the existing group.
The Evidence Library page has been split into two tabs to enable better management of the Evidence Groups:
The ‘Evidence’ tab displays the details of individual evidence files, allows the editing of these details, and the movement of evidence files to or from Groups.
The ‘Groups’ tab allows the editing of group details, such as the ‘Suggested Criteria’, the ‘Description’, and the ‘What could you have done differently?’ fields.
While performing an assessment, evidence and groups can now be found easily via the new filters in the ‘Add Evidence to Multiple Criteria’ modal.
